“The toilet seat in my room was completely broken - both parts - making it very uncomfortable to use.
A plug socket to the left of my bed was not screwed in making it very dangerous to use.
Although I arrived at the property at 6.30pm there was nobody on reception that could speak English For some reason the web-form I had to complete for registration didn't work, even though I was instructed to try it 4 times. This had to be completed manually in the morning!”
