“We’re not used to big cities, so parking in a garage was stressful for us. Be sure to take a picture of your space… The hotel was in a great location for walking to the Pintxo bars. We had requested a room with two beds together, but received a queen instead. The room was very small as we had to walk sideways between the closet and the bed. The shower was even smaller. My husband is 6’2 and not small so it was a challenge. Staff was friendly and helpful once we de stressed”

"A disappointing experience - written by my husband who was the one who stays at this hotel Spent a night in the Artist Gran hotel of Arts on my way back from the Camino de Santiago. I do not know if it was because of my backpack and casual pilgrim dressing but from the start, the service was a bit arrogant. I booked a room with queen size bed (indicating preference on high floor), but was given a DOUBLE bed for 3rd floor. As for the view, Smart Inner View means facing the window of your neighbor (welcome back to the dormitory in the Albergue!). An experience certainly not to be repeated. Get yourself an hotel with better service. You deserve better!"
