Welcomed by the gracious Omar and Eduardo, I was immediately guided to valet parking where their warm smiles and genuine dedication to their roles were evident. Eduardo accompanied me as I exited parking, assisting with my luggage and escorting me to the seventh floor. It was there that I had the pleasure of meeting Mary, whom I had previously spoken with over the phone. Words cannot express my gratitude for her exceptional service and warm demeanor. Meeting her in person, her infectious energy and radiant smile left a lasting impression. Throughout my stay, the hotel consistently delivered exceptional service, from the front desk to every corner. The journey to my room was met with awe-inspiring decor and breathtaking views.
