Located within walking distance of everything downtown has to offer, this cute New Englander style home with harbor views is the perfect base to explore all the treasures of MDI. Just a short drive to some of the best attractions Acadia has to offer and located on the Island Explorer route so you can travel around hassle free. Be among the first to enjoy this all new renovation, with new furniture and appliances.
This home is a renovated 1800's classic New England style home. We have added energy efficient heating and cooling and new windows, as well as all new baths and a large modern kitchen. Please note the original layout of the home has been preserved which includes the bathrooms being located on the first floor of the house.
