"It is a beautiful half a house, I didn’t realize until I booked it that the property owner was on site. When we arrived the owner waited right outside the door of my vehicle and did not move until I got out of the car and I was uncomfy because I was not dressed appropriately to meet a stranger from my car nap, I was kinda uncomfy in my undies. There were photos of a kitchen I thought we were going to be able to cook in, but the kitchen you’re allowed to use is more like a closest, no stove, only a microwave and a smalllll toaster over, I tried ghetto cooking a meal but all the appliances shorted out the old electrical and the owner had to be in our space to fix it for what felt like hours, I ultimately had to plug the microwave and toaster oven in the bathroom just to heat up our food, it was kinda ghetto and gross and the carpeted bathroom was a lil off putting. I was uncomfy trying to have privacy with my guests. My dog and I got stung twice each by a wasp, and the owner couldn’t find first aid. The area we rented seems to be his storage area for thousands of vhs tapes and boxes stacked to the ceiling. He asked my husband to keep his dog in a dilapidated shed during a heat wave, and persisted to find out what he had a service animal for. Also, he walked in on our s*x party without more than a tap tap on our door. I really was expecting privacy but I hope he liked the show. "

"The property was great, clean, will stay here again. I wish the drapes closed all the way so I could make the room dark. It was strange that they had half drapes for looks only, and couldn't close them. Also, I wish the person who scheduled a shuttle to the airport knew more about what she was doing. She gave me wrong information which made me have to rush and get to the airport 2 hours before I needed to. I also found out on the way to the airport that there was great dining within walking distance and the desk staff just told me about the restaurant in the hotel. Bummer, but I'll be back and will explore more then!"

"Hands down one of the best places we have stayed at!! Both receptionists where pleasant and very accommodating. We had a last minute change to our reservation and without hesitation they accommodated it. We will definitely be staying again when we come back down for the 4h state horse show again!!! "

"This Courtyard is located halfway on our trip to visit family in Michigan, therefore, it’s a great place for us to overnight on our why. We have stayed at this Courtyard at least 12 times over the last 8 years and each time the experience has been great. The service is quick and efficient, the rooms are always spotless and access to the highway is simple, but lacks the road noise commonly found at locations so close to the interstate. The room rate is always reasonable and the breakfast is good and always well stocked. Thank you!"

"It overall was a pleasure staying. During check-in, a cute, friendly dog greeted me. Faculty was helpful and straightforward. My room was well prepared and cleaned. It offered shampoo conditioner, shower gel, and everything one would expect from an apartment. They immediately replaced my apartment key that stopped working without any problems. The only problem I had was loud noises that sometimes occurred during the night. Other than that I had a good experience!"

"Stayed for 8 nights and used this a a home base for visiting family and friends in the area. The room was clean and large and the staff friendly. I wanted to cook meals there so it may have been helpful to have more or larger pans! Also directions on using the cookstove but I had a worker come and help me, very friendly! Would definately stay again."
