Close to town
At first we were a bit worried as the area looked a bit interesting (we arrived late at night). But we were quiet happy as it was close to Old Split town andbtbe room was lovely and clean and comfortable

odd, slightly unsatisfying experience
Croatia has a really weird hotel system which is confusing and makes life difficult. You arrive at the hotel as indicated in the reservation, and you find that there is no hotel there. you make a call and someone turns up, tells you it's an old location, and takes you somewhere else. but you quickly realise that they just have loads of hotels under management and they simply put you in the next available apartment and it could be any location... (ours was 10 min drive from the "old location") there is no professional personnel, instead a part-time student living close cleaning once before you arrive and taking your passport copies (for record keeping?? and tax purposes)..... dodgy.... i liked the apartment and the area but the worst of all was the fact that no breakfast was provided....... although it clearly says that it is, and i picked this hotel because i wanted breakfast........

Lovely people to deal with. While the apartment block looks a bit ragged on the outside, the apartment itself is fine, quiet and an easy walk to the old town.

Great modern room in cool old building.
Our apartment was clean and comfortable and a very short walk to the center of Split. The appliances were new and everything worked. They provide plenty of towels and a cleaning when requested. I would stay here again and recommend this apartment to a friend or family member when staying in Split. There is no front desk but a phone call will get you anything you need.

Nice apartment a few minutes walk from the Palace in the City Center. Free breakfast about 7 minutes walk to other side of City Center - great ambiance and coffee, but food was average. Property owner was very attentive and helpful. Great place to stay - would recommend.

We stayed two nights on check out nobody was available or at the office waited 4 hours breakfest place is a 20minute walk on the other end of town I wouldn't go there again you can find nicer places in Split

I came to the apartment 15 minutes before 11 am and i haven't found you so i tried to reach you on your cellphone but you weren't available. I came back immediately to the office and still was nobody there. Later, i went to another check in. You also had our numbers in apartment so you could contacted us. Regarding breakfast, it is only few minutes walking from the apartment. Thank you for being our guests and we apologise once again for the inconvenience. Regards, Tea

Excellant apartment, could do with a balcony especially with the exceptional view from the windows. (I know it is a renovated Russian block).

Great apartments
Fantastic apartments in a great location within the palace walls. 5 minute walk from the waterfront and lots of bars, restaurants and shops within the immediate vicinity. Staff were very helpful and provide you with a map etc on arrival. Would highly recommend these apartments.

The apartment we stayed in was a little out of the main area of Split, but within easy reach of several beaches and some fantastic restaurants - you have to try both Restoran MOVI and Dvor. When going into central Split we opted to just walk, which only took 25/30 minutes. The apartment is very clean and in good condition. On the first night the fridge stopped working, but the team did everything they could to get it working again and minimise any hassle or stress, with good communication at all times. A great location for a relaxing holiday - would definitely book again.

Great studio apartment, not a hotel room.
It's a studio apartment, not a hotel room. Beautiful, clean, newly updated. Small kitchenette. The "hotel office" is not where the apartment is, so don't judge the apartments by the office location. The apartment we had was in easy walking distance of the old town and port. Parking was free, but took a little work to find a spot. Helpful staff. Enjoyed our stay.

An Interesting Set-up
The parent company "CroJetSett" subs many different locations. Be sure to verify ahead of time the apartment for which you'll be staying. The pictures were misleading in that I was in a completely different location. The upside, is that the apartment had all necessary amenities and then some. The staff were very helpful.

Great apartment
We got the apartment in the Palace so location was great - everything was just round the corner and we had a courtyard all by ourselves. Only downside was it could be a bit noisy. We arrived late around 11pm and the staff (Darko) was still very cheerful and helpful giving us lots of tips!!!

Great locatin and facilities
Suitable for a couple of a family with one child. Double bed + single bed, washing machine available, wifi working fine. salking distance from historic center. Clean and comfortable, no balcony thoug.

Clean and modern apartment
The apartment was modern and very clean. The location was about 15 minute walk to the old city, going down was easy but it is uphill walk. It's a nice size two bedroom apartment. The place is where the local live. We were not a fan of the strobe lights. It is a bit weird that you have to meet at an office to pick up keys and then they take you to your place.

Too expensive for what you get
The host was very pleasant, and the apartment is in an ideal location as well as being recently renovated. However the air conditioning wasn't sufficient to cool the apartment, and the furnishings were a bit dated. The amount they are charging just isn't justified.

Great for couples on a romantic weekend!
A delightful place to stay, incredibly clean, tastefully modern, with a view over a park and complete with romantic mood lighting! Excellent service (a taxi was waiting for us at Split Airport), and we were welcomed by the lovely, friendly Emilija. The room is within easy walking distance of the old town, Diocletian's Palace, plenty of restaurants and bars, and the harbour.

Great Overall Place
A great place to stay. Fantastic location, clean and modern inside. The owners are very friendly and helpful. They picked us up from the airport and drove us straight to the apartment. Highly recommend.

Nice apartment in good location for Split centre
The apartment was located about a 10 minute walk from Split city centre in a residential district. Although the immediate surrounding area could look more appealing, the apartment itself had recently been refitted to a high standard and was lovely.

Very nice place but pricey.
It's is expensive for what you get, but it was close to center and bus station which was nice. The room we stayed in was for 3 people and the shower and stove too were nice. The couple that I dealt with for check in and check out were absolutely the best!

Fantastic place to stay!
Where to begin! First off, Emilija was kind enough to pick us up from the port and drive us to the apartment. She is a lot of fun, friendly and she was great giving us some tips about Split. The apartment was even better than what we saw on the pictures. It was spacious, very clean and fully fitted. We were pleasantly surprised to find out we had everything we needed - a stove, plates and utensils, two A/Cs and cable TV with lots of channels (not that you'd need that in Split). Location-wise, the apartment was perfect - close to the historic site and the port. Overall: the best value for our money we managed to get in Croatia overall (we also rented apartments in Hvar and Dubrovnik). Highly, highly recommend it!

Fantastic place in a fantastic location, the staff service and attention to detail surprised me. The apartment is actually within a part of an old palace and as such you might find people taking photos of the building door. Can't recommend this place enough, I will be back when I am Croatia next.

Great find, definitely worth every penny
This apartment is one of the best we had stayed in so far during our trip. It appears to be recently renovated. Everything is very modern, from the furniture to the kitchen to the bathroom, including a rainfall shower head. It was sparkling clean and had everything that you can possibly need. It was perfectly located with a two minute walk to be main pedestrian walkway/water front. The owners were so friendly and helpful, they even picked us up at the bus station for no extra charge and contacted me about an item left behind promptly. The apartment is very very safe, with steel front door and mega locking system. I very much recommend this apartment.

Appartamento favoloso ma zero parcheggio
L'appartamento è dotato di ogni confort, pulito e con interni nuovissimi (nonostante l'esterno del palazzo sia un po' fatiscente). Unica pecca: il parcheggio, che nelle caratteristiche descritte sul sito è gratuito. Effettivamente il parcheggio è gratuito ma non è riservato! La zona è vicina al centro e densamente abitata, quindi ogni volta che ci si sposta si deve sperare di trovare un buco al ritorno. :(

Nice apartment close to center
Great apartment close to the center (old town and restaurants) of Split. Close to supermarkets, bakery and green market. Very calm area. Breakfast served at restaurant 1 km away (a 15-minute-walk). No balcony and no garden to sit in. 2 kilometres to closest beach. Nice and service-minded staff, easy to get in touch with. We enjoyed our stay.

O endereço do apartamento não corresponde ao do site hoteis.com e se você não tiver internet 24 horas não tem como receber o endereço por WhatsApp já que por e_mail não veio. O apartamento fica num lugar estranho e escuro. Ele é mobiliado com muitas coisas, tapetes e cortinas que não são saudáveis para quem tem algum problema alérgico, o ar condicionado é só na sala e os quartos ficam quentes. Não recomendo!

Bra lägenhet men lite dyrt
Ett bra lägenhet med kök och ett sovrum. Fanns tvättmaskin och två TV-apparater med många kanaler. Mycket snabb och säker Wi-fi. När vi bokade så är adressen man ser bokningskontorets adress, så vi var lite fundersamma var vi skulle hamna. Nu fick vi en lägenhet enbart 50 M från kontoret. Lägenheten ligger nära hamnen och gamla stan. Det var en bra standard i lägenheten med en skön säng. Nackdelen var att det var tidvis störande trafik utanför lägenheten.

Vi hadde god kontakt med Crojetset før ankomst, og de skulle til og med ordne en taxi å hente oss fra havnen da vi ankom. De skrev at det var mulig at han skulle komme 1 eller to minutter etter oss, men etter 15 minutter bestemt vi oss for å ta en annen taxi. Da vi kom fram var resepsjonisten svært uhyggelig mot vår taxisjåfør, selv da vi prøvd å forklare at det var vi som bestilt det etter taxien deres ikke kom. Da viste det seg at leiligheten var ikke der resepsjonen var uansett, men i en privat boligblokk ikke så veldig langt under. Hun ringte deres taxisjåfør som kom og kjørte oss og resepsjonisten bort til bygningen. Taxisjåføren beklaget i massevis for at han hadde blitt forsinket pga trafikken, og virket veldig hyggelig. Leiligheten var i en litt eldre bygg, men var nyoppusset og rent. Det var ikke det samme som leiligheten vi så i bildene, men det funket bra for oss, og var kanskje 10 minutters fottur fra alt. Vi trivdes godt der, det var stille så lenge man hadde vinduene stengt, airconditioning funket bra, kjøkkenet var liten med hadde alt man kunne trenge. Da det kom til ut-sjekk, hadde vi sagt at vi måtte dra senest kl. 7, da vi måtte rekke fergen, og tenkte de skulle komme litt før. Dette ble tydeligvis misforstått, da resepsjonisten kom prikk kl. 7 - akkurat da vi var på veien ut døren. Vi kunne kanskje ha vært tydeligere, og sagt at de måtte komme 6:45 feks, men tenkte ikke det var nødvendig. I sin helhet et flott plass å bo, rent og sentralt.

Mainio huoneisto hyvällä paikalla
Huoneistossa on tilava makuuhuone ja kettiö-olohuone. Huoneistosta löytyi tosi monipuolinen varustus pyykinpesukoneesta alkaen. Vanhaankaupunkiin ja rantakadulle on matkaa alle 10 minuuttia ja lähikauppaan noin 2 minuuttia. Voin suositella lämpimästi.

Ok appartment, although misleading in location
We thought that the appartment would be located at the city center near the office, but that wasn't the case. Our appartment was almost 30 minutes walk from the city center. So if you decide to book a appartment from this agency, be sure to verify ahead of time the location. The staff was very nice and helpful.

Fin och fräsch lägenhet med två sovrum
Fräsch och trevlig lägenhet med balkong åt ett håll och en uteplats åt andra hållet. Väl utrustat kök med spis, microugn, kylskåp, frysfack, tvättmaskin mm. Bra service, ägaren ordnade bland annat med skjuts till flygplatsen.
