Room was clean but there was no hot water in bathroom sink

Clean, classic room. Very friendly and helpful staff. Quiet at night.

The staff here was absolutely amazing. They went above and beyond to get me anything I needed during the snowstorm. The rooms are also very nice. Highly recommend and will return!!

The staff was super attentive and friendly. The best part of the stay. After my first night, I moved to another room because the noise from the traffic below awakened me at 6 a.m. The second room was better and was very clean and conducive to relaxation. The biggest negative was the restaurant. The advertised breakfast buffet was not available (did not exist) and alternatives were not good. Some items on the menu were also not available (like oatmeal). My cousin who was also staying at the hotel was equally dissatisfied. Unfortunately, I would not recommend the hotel because of the disappointment of the restaurant both days I went to eat. As I said, the staff was great and the room was comfortable.

It was ok. Out of date appliances, could not adjust room temperature above 65 degrees. No outlet in bathroom to plug in hair dryer, peeling finish on bathroom fixtures. Clean though in a nice neighborhood.
