It was clean enough but I couldn’t adjust the temperature in the room and it was freezing. I had to use bath towels as an extra blanket. The breakfast in the morning was handled by only one person who did both the breakfast and front desk duties. They ran out of everything because the poor woman had to do both. It was a very busy Sunday morning and you would think there would be more staff.

Property was convenient, quiet and pleasant. Staff were all nice and helpful. However, the main room light needed a new bulb, the desk chair had shredded seat covering and the window shade had a big tear in it. On Saturday morning, I let staff know about these things and they said they'd refer to maintenance. When I left on Wednesday, none of these issues had been addressed. So, nice place and pleasantly quiet even though near a highway, but shoddy maintenance.

Breakfast was wholesome and delicious with many offerings. The oatmeal was particularly good. Shout out to the breakfast area attendant, Katrina, who was very gracious and welcoming! The parking area was convenient, safe and well lit. The room was clean and comfortable.

My kids and I have a wonderful time every time we stay. Thank you for making it memorable.
