“We booked this hotel specifically because it had an indooor pool for our kids. The pool closed and the only reason i was given was they were “out of towels”. This made no sense and then when i ask again and suggested i could just use my own…. I was told it would be ready and open in about 30 mins bc housekeeping needed to clean up around it?? I could see inside and it was not messy. Just weird why it was closed and no one could give me a straight answer.”

“This was like the Bollywood knock off versions of a La Quinta Inn. I had no idea that Wyndham had bought La Quinta. I should’ve known if it’s a Wyndham property it will be rundown, half fixed, dirty, and gross. They were supposedly doing renovations, but the renovations that I saw were like handyman going wrong. Where should I start? The elevator wasn’t working, the first trim we get into smell like cigarette smoke, they got us a new room, but it was on the third floor, which was annoying……

“We had an excellent stay at the Drury Inn. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and everything met or exceeded our expectations. “Staff was friendly and nice. Had a pool and hot tub but we didn't use it. Breakfast looked good but we didn't eat. Had access to plenty of restaurants and shopping. Awesome area. Was close to everything. Within driving distance. Will definitely stay here again. Just wish the sink and shower/toilet was together. It small. My only complaint was the bed was firmer than I like and shower curtain wouldn't stay shut. Kept coming open.”
