“It should be noted this is an apartment complex. There is a front desk but were dismissive when I mentioned the fact my room was not ready. The management company who rents units out for travelers is different from the company who owns and operates the building. When I arrived, the maid had no idea the unit was being rented out that day, so I had to wait 45 minutes beyond the advertised check-in time. “First, let me tell you that you have to climb two very steep sets of stairs to even get to the unit. When we arrived the code we were given was incorrect and we couldn't get into the unit. Tried calling the number provided and no one ever answered. Thankfully they did call back, but it took a while. Once in the unit we found it was very dirty and did not feel safe because the code to get into our unit was the same as the one used to access the building as well, which made me feel anyone would be……

“This was a great stay. Suite was clean, roomy, and well stocked with everything we needed (except coffee filters for a pot of coffee vs. the pods) Had some trouble receiving the code to the door, as my 20 year old email gets far more emails than can be managed on the road, I couldn't find my email with the code. I did however get the code with a simple phone call without too much hassle. The place was super cute and the beds were incredibly comfortable. We would definitely stay again if……
