"The property was amazing. The front desk and staff is great. I was giving complimentary champagne for my boyfriend’s bday and the restaurant and check in staff was amazing. I do wish I was giving a heads up about being given a wheelchair accessible room, but the room was still nice. I will return."

"Our room was very clean. The beds very comfortable. The kitchen adequate. I found the shower to be Impossible to shower in. The shower is so small I couldn’t put shampoo in my hair without the shower washing it out at the same time! The same with soaping on my body. The shower head wasn’t adjustable. I am 4’11” so there shouldn’t have been an issue. There was a Jacuzzi bathtub with a shower which we used. So more positive things: indoor and outdoor pools were great. There are cabanas and lots of chairs. The front desk staff, the guy working at the coffee, snack bar and the person checking you in for the parking lot were all friendly and helpful. We would def stay at The Cove again."
