There's a pretty great little beach on Brown's Lake that only costs $2 for parking. No food available there, but lifeguards, bathrooms, rinse spigot, lots of grassy area with trees and picnic tables. Water was warm!

I always stay here when visiting my Burlington family. Convenient location, clean, and good breakfast.

We had a large family gathering and Katie was very welcoming. Her communication was very fast with responses to all our questions.
