The room looked well put together when we got there. The woman that checked us in was super sweet and hospitable. The air/heat worked well, the fridge was cool, the water hot. The TV worked well and the safe was available with a key in the lock. There was also a microwave available.
The downsides were that our shower's drain had come out and was just sitting on one of the shelves, which were slightly wobbly. But the biggest complaint was that when I went to use the bathroom in the middle of the night, I was greeted by a German cockroach on the counter. I flushed him but saw evidence of another smashed onto the tile that I'd overlooked earlier. I checked for bed bugs and didn't see any but I can't say I wasn't paranoid about it after seeing that.

I did not go to the casino at all, I needed some quiet after driving for 2 days! The room was nice, the beds comfortable, the room service food was excellent and there is a good doggie rest area outside the building.

There were no cups or tissues in the room. There was “stuff “ hair gel? On the bat counter and stains on the bath floor. Guess you get what you pay for.

Room was clean and didn’t feel cramped. My spouse didn’t get to enjoy the free breakfast which was a reason for choosing this hotel so that he could eat before work. For some reason there was a delay and he had to leave for work before they opened it up.
