"We got in at 11pm at night and was not expecting a motel style stay. The person checking us in was pleasant at the beginning but then quickly made a rude remark to my son. He is 4 and exhausted from being in holiday world all afternoon and didnt say hello. The man then made a comment of, "oh, he's ..."

"We were very excited for our first family trip with our one year old for Christmas but there were too many roaches for us to feel comfortable even staying one night. We did get our money back except for the first night, which we never stayed, however, the cabin was nice other than that."
