Thank you Britt for your feedback. I am sorry we could not delight you in your stay. We are not an outdated hotel and we offer some of the best value in the Sea to Sky. The hotel is very well maintained and offers up to date amenities and our TVs are all modern, flatscreen Samsung TVs that will connect to any streaming device. There is Cable TV with 55 channels and a Channel Guide - just Press 2. If you are unable to work the TV, our friendly team will help you out. The included Continental Breakfast is all high quality with many options, including Cereals, Bagels, French Toast, Belgian Waffles, Muffins, Oats,Yogurts, Boiled Eggs etc. Plastic wrap is used to over the Croissants to keep them hygenic, not to wrap them. Bananas come to us as they come from our grower/supplier, sometimes they are not as ripe as we would like. Our Dark Roast Coffee is full of flavour and brewed fresh, but we understand this will not meet all tastes and we can let you know the nearest cafes for options for a lighter roast. We always aim to get better and we always want to help our guests have a great stay while in Squamish for business or pleasure. Safe onward travels.

Hello Bonnie - while we appreicate your feedback. the pool closure was clearly shown on all booking engines, including Expedia. Please ensure you read the amenity closures prior to booking, if it is important for you. The team went to great lengths to ensure our guests were aware of this closure and this is the first complaint as a result. We need to close the pool for major cleaning and maintenance once per year. I am sorry for your disappointment, but we did all we could to inform guests of the closure and your negative review is not fair given this communication. It was clearly noted on Expedia. During the closure, we also offered complimentry access to Public Pools in both Squamish and Whistler. I am sorry you did not read about the closure on Expedia and I wish you all the best.
