"Excellent hotel! Clean tidy comfortable and well located. I arrived late at night and the lovely lady in reception was kind and helpful. Also explained that due to the hotel being fully booked my room had been upgrade (this was a lovely touch) The room was fab large bathroom and very comfy bed and bedding. The bed was actually made as well. I have found over the years german hotels leave the quilt folded at the bottom of the bed and 2 singles for a double bed. Breakfast was nice althougj did lack bacon and sausages! But the fresh made waffle iron was great, the make your own fruit juice was good as well. Seating was plentiful and staff very attenive. A short walk over (through) the old city wall and you ate very quickly at the altstadt markt "

We also used the free transport available and had the best time. Location next to the central station and underground. Staff were friendly and polite and did a lot for us, thank you very much.
