Room was clean, facility was in good shape, pool need much attention, spa water smelled, no enforcement of rules. Kid was literally using spa as a restroom, staff didnt do anything. Had tonwait for pool towls. Room was clean missing towels. Breakfast well lets say health dept would not approve the temps for warmers. Still a good place for a quick overnight trip.

Watchman Villas was easily one of the best stays of our trip. We stayed at The Pinyon as a group of two families, and the setup was perfect for us. The villa had two spacious bedrooms with attached bathrooms, which made it extremely convenient and comfortable. Everything was very clean and well-maintained. The staff was also friendly. The kitchen was fully equipped with all the essentials, including an oven, fridge, dishwasher, and utensils, which made it easy to manage meals. One of the biggest perks was the free laundry—such a bonus after long days of hiking. The location is excellent, with a shuttle stop, coffee shop and grocery store within walking distance. Views from the villa were spectacular. We were able to leave our car at the villa and reach the Zion Visitor Center via shuttle in under 10 minutes. Overall, the stay was very comfortable and convenient. We would definitely choose to stay here again, especially when traveling with family or a group.

Enjoyed the location and property amenities. The room was clean and had everything we needed in the kitchen.
