The AC wasn’t able to go lower than 72 and it was kind of hot in our room each night. Other than that, loved our stay.

We had a beautiful room, looked like new.
However the resort is lacking atmosphere and shortly after 9pm the dining room and bar were closed. Being a resort which is quite some distance from Hurricane, guests need some form of entertainment in the evening.
This will no doubt be addressed as the resort grows and attracts more clientele, then it will be wonderful.

We liked the large space and out door pool and balcony
We did not like the dusty carpet and although the suite advertised kitchen it was only a fridge and microwave with no plates or bowls or cutlery

This was a wonderful condo. We wish we would have stayed more than one night because it was such a wonderful property. There was six of us and we had a 3 bedroom and 3 bathroom condo. It was absolutely gorgeous and recommend this to anyone looking to stay in the area.

WiFi did not work at all and I had to work for part of the day. Found trash under bed and patio. Super thin sheets. No duvet. Thermostat sign is obnoxious. says don’t put it under 72 or they’ll charge you. Too warm to sleep. ‘Tv’ is a 23 inch computer monitor that didn’t work- wouldn’t connect to WiFi. No local channels.
Restaurant not bad, but staff is not welcoming. They say ‘how can I help you’ with no smile like they would rather not be bothered with our presence. I’d pick regular chain hotel over this place.

Quite secluded desert area. Close to Sand hollow reservoir. Close to town and St George. Rooms had high ceilings and we're spacious with balcony. Hotel didn't feel crowded. Three nice pools. We didn't watch TV so it wasn't an issue but the TV was about the size of a computer screen lol. Everything was great for us. Property seemed newer and well kept. We would stay there again... especially for the low price compared to other options out there.

Southern Utah is a beautiful part of the country, this resort has some amazing views of the red mountains. The resort was well maintained, clean and the staff was very kind, from the golf pro shop to the front-counter folks. I will stay here again.

This place was perfect for our needs. Its right outside Sand Hollow State Park, which made it better for us. The golf course was nice. I little pricey for the conditions, but beautiful. I highly recommend this place.

Staff was not helpful. Ac did not work. Broken things in the room. Dirty spare sheets. They said that theywould discount us and management would call. That never happened. I was polite in my concerns but now pretty frustrated they never called.
