Beautiful!!
The house is in a beautiful spot. The pool is cool and refreshing. The AC blows cold if you need it but the breeze is all most will need.. EZ access to lots of great beaches. Maho is only 5 minutes and you will be swimming with the turtles. Management was the best I have dealt with. Owners are great too!! Thank you all!!

Beautiful cottage!
The house was lovely. Fully provisioned and extremely comfortable. The driveway was difficult, but that's to be expected on St. John. It was a bit chilly in the pool, but all-in-all, a lovely stay. Oh, and we couldn't get regular tv channels, which wouldn't have mattered except that there were football playoff games that we missed. But paradise nonetheless.

Driveway tips
The other reviews are true. What an amazing stay, and we hope to return. Driveway tips: turn your passenger side mirror down, so you could see the edge of the pavement. Cut hard to the right and expect to slide just a little bit at the beginning. Use your side mirrors to ease on down and out. Look to your right to make sure nobody’s coming down Ajax peak. Try to back into one of those spots at the entrance to Ajax Peak, and drive directly to Colombo's for a smoothie. Have Fun!!!!

What a view
This place was a perfect location between Cruz Bay and Coral Bay. Everything was about 15-20min away, which was great. Maho Beach was really close. The pool was amazing (a little chilly) but beautiful. I wasn’t sure about outdoor shower at first, but I loved it. This place was perfect for us and would likely stay again. We enjoyed the AC in the bedroom and the breeze was perfect for the living area. The views were so pretty!

Beautiful little cottage!
I loved this place! It is small, but efficiently designed. The landscaping around the property is colorful and beautiful, and I really enjoyed it (and the hummingbirds it attracted) while sitting outside (which we did most of the time). The comfy chairs and table on the side porch was our favorite spot for coffee, meals, reading, and cocktails. It was nice to have pool access from both ends of the house. The view was awesome, of course. There was a constant breeze, and we never had to use the A/C which I prefer. We slept in the breeze every night with the bedroom slider open. My only complaint is that the mattress needs to be replaced...it's worn and we woke up with backaches every morning. The location is great. Literally a few minutes to the North Shore beaches, or to Coral Bay the other direction. Because it is gated, it was very private with passing cars I think only twice the whole week! I would stay here again in a heartbeat IF they install a pool heater. While the breeze is awesome otherwise, it makes for a very chilly pool (often too cold to swim). Eric was our host contact, and he was great to deal with. Super responsive, friendly, helpful.

Beautiful little house! The house was perfect for our honeymoon. We enjoyed sipping our coffee outside among the flowers and palms overlooking the Coral Bay. The privacy of our pool and outdoor shower was awesome!

The view
Great property with amazing views of the Coral Bay Area. The property was clean and had everything you needed to start your stay. The landscaping and beautiful flowers were well done. It has a small pool attached but was a bit chilly to enjoy. I enjoyed the outdoor shower but wife couldn’t enjoy the strong breeze through the windows. Maybe a small cover of some kind to open and close as needed. On-sight laundry was a plus. You definitely need a Jeep or equivalent for the driveway. Overall a great place and we would definitely book again.

Loved staying at this small house in Upper Carolina. It had everything we needed. The pool was refreshing and the view was exceptional. Also, one of my criteria for 5 stars is a comfy bed and this one was fine...a little soft, but better than most. Note, there's only air conditioning in the bedroom, but we were out during the day so it wasn't a problem. There were chairs and a cooler available, which was nice. The driveway is straight-up and can only be backed down in neutral, but my husband managed without incident, just nerve wrecking. We would definitely stay here again. Loved the central location.

The villa is new & very comfortable. It is right next to Centerline road & you do hear some traffic noise. The outdoor shower was a bit chilly with the breeze in January. You cannot beat the view & the central location is ideal!!

This was our third time to St. John and Mandevilla is the porridge that was just right. Location was great for travel in all directions. The view was perfect (you can see both sides of the island from the shower). Full time breeze, so no bugs. And private! The pictures absolutely represented the place honestly. Thank you for such a great visit to St John.

An Absolute Dream!
We arrived late to the island, probably around 7 PM. We were in a rush to get home, but in the hustle and bustle, we forgot to grab some food. Thankfully TJ had provided us a Welcome food basket which allowed us to not have to go all the way back into town at night. That was literally amazing. The property was clean and perfect for the two of us. Almost in the middle of the island which allowed us easy access to all the beaches and a short drive to town, Would stay here again!

Beautiful views and luxurious villa
We had a wonderful experience! The views are incredible and you can see all of Coral Bay and beyond. Being up on the hill gives such panoramic views of the area. You are also close to the beautiful north shore beaches. The interior of the villa is stunning - luxury finishes and appliances, clearly an eye for design. Private and perfect for a couple. We loved the outdoor shower - some of the best views! As other reviewers have mentioned, the driveway is steep but nothing that you can’t handle and it gets better each time. Miller Property Management had excellent communication though out our stay. We would certainly consider booking this villa again!

Absolutely Perfect
This place is amazing! Spectacular view, comfortable living space indoor and out. Beautiful flower garden and landscaping. The pool was refreshing. The outdoor shower was invigorating. It’s very private and remote. The driveway is steep and tricky to navigate but definitely worth staying here. Equipped with everything you need from cooking and drink making, to everything you need for the beach. Even had a little portable Bluetooth speaker to play your music. We loved it!!! Highly recommend
