I thought the decor was nice but my room was filthy. The floors hadn’t been cleaned well. There was a dried up contact on the bedside table, a big clump of long hair stuck to the shower wall (I do this at home so the hair doesn’t go down the drain - but it should have been caught by housekeeping), a hair elastic on the floor in the bathroom, the shower faucet was loose from the wall, the toilet didn’t flush (I had to tighten the chain in the back to create more tension as it tried to overflow & I had to go down & ask for a plunger), the room smelled good but way too strong to the point that I was looking for a plug-in to remove, the halls had debris on the carpet & the whole of floor 2 smelled strong of weed both days. I had to go down & ask the front desk for Lysol wipes just to use the bathroom & anything else I’d be touching. The building & rooms are pretty nice. I just think the property isn’t being well taken of. If I’d paid $89 for the room, I wouldn’t have said a word. But I paid almost $160. I would have expected better. The notion that the rooms are being “covid quality” cleaned is impossible, let alone thoroughly cleaned.

I like a lot of things on the hotel. The service was quick and easy. Very friendly personnel, a lot of dining options. The only thing that might need to worked on is the pool. Small, quite blunt also.

Amazing hotel! Beautiful, clean, and so much fun! I didn’t want to leave. This property opened my mind to stay at other locations. It was family friendly and had a pack and play for my baby! The food and drinks were great too! The best property in the area and worth every penny.
