I later got email (day before arrival) from a totally different company that manages the property. The message arrived 3pm and asked that i CALL a phone number between 10 am and 3:30pm that day. "The unit was overall clean and there were some nice features like water and snacks, the building itself is a bit run down and the neighborhood felt iffy for a woman traveling alone. The unit was very hot when I arrived so I turn the temp down. When I returned after my meetings, it was 89 degrees.
