“I received a warm welcome at reception and was able to store my bag until it was time to check-in, later in the day. My room had a sea view and was clean, tidy and contained everything I required during my visit. I'd happily stay here again on any future visits to the Isle of Man.”
“Great location, close to the beach and not far from fantastic public transport connections (bus, tram (horse drawn and electric) and a steam train. Complementary breakfast was a nice addition.
Only issue was the exposure to passive smoking. This took place on the porch through the day and evening.”

The complimentary soft drinks and snacks were a nice touch. Room was adequate for a 1 night stay, lovely bathroom & comfortable bed. Would return again and recommend to others”
“The management of this hotel seem to be under the impression that adding "boutique" to the name is sufficient to give it a veneer of quality. Unfortunately the name is where that veneer abruptly & catastrophically ends. I’ll start with the 1 positive - the staff were all fine – no issues there. The hotel itself is dilapidated and old - water dripping from the ceiling in the bar, signs hanging off walls, carpet that ends 2" short of the wall, but the real joy begins when you go upstairs.
