Checking in was very easy. The night staff were polite and concerned that you had proper parking. They explained they had a lot of construction workers staying in the motel so you might hear the diesel trucks start early in the morning. The morning staff were polite and reminded you they had a breakfast bar.

Arrived early and the room was ready. Had plates and plastic ware, which made dinner easy. No hot tub, but the kids enjoyed the pool.

There were stroms in the area that could possible product tornados along with hail. I asked about were to go and if it happened while people where sleeping how would they let us know and they really didnt have a emergency weather plan in place. A couple people working there that night where not very nice and seemed unhappy to be there. The rooms need some tlc and updating. The sink had chips in it. They floor was not really clean at all. At night it was very noisy.

Great parking for our truck and camper.
Nice basic hotel room. Carpet looked new in halls and room. Some updates in the room as well. Beds were comfy. Simple breakfast options. Pancakes, biscuits and gravy, cereal, yogurt and muffins. Everything was clean. Gentleman that checked us in was very nice. We would stay here again. Overflow parking lot worked well for our RV. Lots of security cameras too.

Everything that we needed was available. The grand kids had a great time in the pool, Also the continental breakfast was excellent with alot of food choices. Customer service was also more than adequate. Spacious room to accommodate all seven of us comfortably. Great location, `quiet.

The hotel was ok. The breakfast wasn’t great. The hard boiled eggs were frozen. The pancake maker wasn’t working correctly. It said needed to be changed. I told one of the staff they opened it and said all is well. Closed it. Made one pancake and the light came on again.

When checking in i was switched to an even better room due for rhe the same price I reserved the other room for, which was very well priced, staff was very friendly, and the room and bathroom was very clean. I'd definitely stay here again on future visits.

The staff were wonderful. You could tell they worked hard. Likely limited staff like so many places. Not sure why Wyndam doesn't put a few resources into upgrades. Difficult for handicap. Mom is 87 and climbed two flights of stairs since there's no elevator. I should have payed closer attention when booking maybe. Room service every 3 days. Could be a lot cleaner and nicer amenities.
