Employees were very nice. Room was ok, could use some updating and mini fridge would be nice. The disappointment was the stale smoke smell in the room which was terrible. Couldn't wait to leave, only stayed overnight but this made it unpleasant.

The 2nd shift receptionist was awesome helping us. The 1st shift people didnt even ask how our stay was. Hot tub has been out of commission for so long, it is an insect graveyard. We asked for housekeeping to clean the room on our 2nd day & by the end of our stay,, they still had Not serviced the room..

I attended an event at hotel. The room was HOT!!! People were sweaing. AC basically non existent. The Hotel Restaurant, Flight Deck Pub. One cook. One waitress.. People were getting up and leaving. Which is what I should have done. A customer next table over. Waited 45 minutes FOR A CUP OF COFFEE. Another customer ordered OATMEAL. You could have used it as a brick. I am a lousy cook. But the food i got makes mine look like a 5 star gourmet meal. The room it's self was way OVER PRICED. Have stayed at tropical resorts and 5 star hotels at only a FRACTION more than i paid for my room.. Will never stay at this property
