All I could say is make sure that you bolt your door. On the morning of checkout starting at 6:30 AM housekeeping with banging on the door hot ones not twice but three times and one time after we have gotten up housekeeping, just Victor key in the door and let him into the room why we are still there all of this transpired before check time at 11 AM.

The stay was pleasant The rooms were clean, and the breakfast was good. The only bad was the pool was not operational. It was not stated on website before we booked room.

Upon entering th establishment, there was no air circulating. It was hot humid and the air was stale. However check insmooth. The room was decent. Thin walls. Loud until 1 in the morning. Air conditioning rattled through out the night. When checking out the wait was 15 minutes due to no one at the counter. Other patrons were upset on the wait.

Everything was exactly like the pictures. It was a great place to stay. The only issue was the parking lot has significant holes on both sides making them unavoidable.

I like the staff inspite of the physical appearance of there hotel. the first room was dilapidated with chair falling apart, door knob not safe then aircon was leaking a lot of water on the floor. They moved us to a better room but the door knob was not installed professionally, You can only open it by pulling the lever up instead of normal pulldown, weird, felt unsafe. the hotel is in need of alot of remodelling or something.

Pool waa good kinda cold. We could hear everyone who was in the hall way. Needs better black out curtains. Good price. Customer service was awesome. Enjoyed the pool and gym. Liked the restaurant especially the pretzel. Salads were very good.

The positive was the breakfast. For the negatives, the room floors were dirty and the furniture / bed linens had stains on them. We called for new bed linens, but they were never brought, I had to go back down to the desk later that night to get them. The room was overall dirty, dusty coffee maker, floors, linens. So many things were out of order that were advertised. Two of the four, including my floor's, ice maker was out of order. The hottub was out of order. The guest laundry was out of order. The pool bathrooms were out of order. The on premise pub on their website said open Tuesday to Saturday. Lies, we were told only open Thursday through Saturday. The pictures of the place online look great, but it really only shows the front where the lobby / restaurant are located, the rest of the place is pretty trashy. I was greatly disappointed and would not recommend this place.

My parents and I stayed at this lovey hotel, and we had a great stay. The room was comfortable, check-in was kind, the WiFi worked great, and the Direct TV options were super. My parents especially enjoyed the breakfast. Would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling with family; we loved it!

We did not enjoy the hotel over all. Ice machines broke on most floors, tv remote was half functioning with missing buttons, room was musty and had a smell. Biggest reason we chose this hotel was the pool. Upon arrival they let us know it’s closed due to unsafe conditions with the ceiling above the pool.
