"1. There is no mention of stairs in the property description. We were a party of 4 seniors, and climbing 2 flights of stairs was difficult. Yes, you said there was no elevator, but failed to mention stairs.2. The bed sheets need to be replaced! They have been used so much that there are tiny fabric balls on the sheets. (See pics)"
