Cozy two bed one bath space on a quiet street welcomes business and vacation travelers. It is part of a split house with its own entrance, back porch and fenced back yard. Full privacy, no areas or amenities are shared between vacation spaces. Updated kitchen with kitchen island, fridge, stove, microwave oven and coffee maker. Two bedrooms with queen size beds (one with smart TV), bathroom with a tub/shower.

Great location!
Paul is the owner of this property and lives in the same neighborhood. Very easy to communicate with and quickly responds to any issues - we only had one with the Internet connection, which he resolved promptly. The house was clean and ready for our arrival. Paul was waiting for us, and explained everything we needed to know to make our stay comfortable. The house has 2 bedrooms, each with a queen size bed. A smaller bathroom with a tub/shower. It would be cramped for 4 adults, but worked just fine for the two of us. There is a very private backyard with a cover patio and outdoor furniture, as well as a cover front patio visible to the street. The neighbors all seemed friendly, with many of them walking their dogs in the evening. The house is on a fairly quiet dead end street with little traffic, but in a very convenient location, with several restaurants, grocery stores, and department stores within 5 minutes. Easy (15-20 minute) access to several area beaches, and 30-45 minutes to Tampa and Saint Petersburg attractions. It really is in an ideal location if you want a nice, quiet, safe place to come back to after a busy day.

House is a little dated but extremely clean with a nice fenced in private area outside. A fantastic deal for the rate. The neighborhood is very quiet and easy to get to from St. Pete/Clearwater airport and beaches and would gladly return! Owner Paul, mentioned plans for a kitchen remodel soon. Look forward to revisiting next year to see it!

Convenient basecamp for going to beaches
Property as described, covered all basic necessities, clean, was able to do some cooking in the kitchen (thanks COVID!). 15 min from Clearwater Beach. We used it as hub to go to different beaches, little towns, golf courses. Very nice interaction, helpful owner.

Great place in Largo!
This property worked out perfectly for my needs. Paul is an excellent and responsive host. The house is very well set-up, and he has everything you need: soap, shampoo, towels, kitchen supplies, etc. The back porch is very comfortable, the front porch is also very nice, and the house is incredibly convenient to shopping, restaurants, and beaches. BTW, my favorite local restaurant is Poke Rose at 13100 Seminole Blvd - really healthy, fresh food.

Communication with owner was wonderful, he willingly made an adjustment for my arrival and walked me through all the specifics about the house. He made himself available during my stay if needed and the home was very clean! The details of extras (blankets, soap, toothpaste, coffee, etc.) was wonderful! Tampa area close to beaches
This reasonably priced home is about a 10 minute drive from the beaches in a neighborhood of older homes. It was clean and the owner met us at the property and gave us an overview. There is a second unit on the property, which has no shared spaces with the main part of the home. There is a full kitchen with basic dishes and cooking supplies, a covered back patio in the fenced yard and chairs on the front porch. We enjoyed our stay and it was in a convenient location.
