Loved this hotel for its cleanliness, happy and professional staff, all the nice amenities (shuttle and my bag breakfast, because I had an early flight). It is very conveniently located near the airport. Even though right next to the run way, no noise impact. My ONLY issue was no hot water for my shower early the next morning. Ouch!!!!

We stayed for 1 night. The room was excellent! It was clean, comfortable, quiet, and well equipped. The parking is a pain if there is not enough room to park out front. The breakfast was terrible and not edible. The eggs and sausage were so dried out and looked so bad we didn’t even try. The biscuits were like bricks. MacDonalds was a much better option for breakfast.

This isn’t the Ritz Carlton, but the hotel is very well managed, clean, and beds were super comfortable. Will definitely stay here in future trips.

Loved the citrus water in the lobby!! Did not like the shower leaking all over the bathroom. When talk to staff about it they just said it is a bad design and blew it off. The staff was very nice!!

Upon arrival, check-in was swift and easy. The staff member who checked me in was very welcoming. The hotel is a little run down (scratched up/stained furniture) and in need of some repairs. This was expected due to the rate and availability during spring break season. Upon check out, I asked for a printed receipt. The woman at the desk printed a receipt with no information on it at all. Name and room number only - not even the check in/out dates. I needed a receipt for my expense report for work, and that wouldn't cut it. She told me that I would have to get a receipt from Expedia because I reserved through them. I did not pay Expedia, I paid at the hotel at check-in. I insisted further that I needed a receipt. After claiming to have texted with the hotel manager, she printed a receipt which showed full detail. Not sure why such a hassle for a simple receipt. After all, the departure list on the desk showed more detail than the first receipt I was given. I'll stay elsewhere next time. Oh yeah, complete overkill on the air freshener they are spraying in the lobby.

This Hotel is located right next to the runway of an airport. The noise was really not a problem. also it's located on a very busy highway. Our stay was nice, the room was clean and roomy. they served a good breakfast.

The pool and hot tub were great. Breakfast was also very good and everything was refilled. Room cleaning was great. Overnight front desk was great and very helpful with anything we needed. Overall amazing experience and will visit again.
