Nice and quiet residence village, clean equipped room with dishwasher and garden, very nice pool, kind at the reception. The Expedia chat was not useful, no info from the structure about the late check-in, though we were able to get the check-in code by calling the residence support number.

Frigo inutilisable. Tringle a rideau qui me tombe dessus. Lampadaire décollé. Poubelle s de bains rouillee et tres sale Brosse toilettes repoussante rampe d escalier rouillee terrasse et escaliers en beton piscine fermee alors que rien n etait signale lors de la reservation 3 jours avant. L appartement etait bien. beaucoup de sites touristiques alentours . Il en faudrait un peu pour que ce soit parfait

Nous avions réservé ici pour l espace piscine, spa. Et finalement piscine et spa fermés jusqu'à nouvel ordre pour des problèmes techniques, la moindre des choses aurait été de nous prévenir, j aurai annulé ma réservation ! Aucune communication sur le sujet, inadmissible.

Parfait pour aller aux baux de provence, et s'accorder un repos au milieu des Alpilles car charmante résidence. Mais un peu simple. Vieille Cafetière, pas de grille pain, pas d'alèse dans le lit.

Très bon accueil, appartement très confortable pour 6 personnes en duplex avec sdb et toilettes pour chaque chambre. Idéalement situé proche des commerces et des villages des Alpilles à visiter. Je recommande cette résidence avec piscine et possibilité de faire mini golf Ping Ping et billard ! Parfait pour tous!

Établissement très mal géré !

Établissement très mal géré ! Beaucoup de problèmes techniques avec des interventions inefficaces et une supervision du service technique inexistante. Les pb : trop plein de la baignoire qui coule derrière le tableau électrique ( pas de vérification par la directrice), prise extérieur mal fixée, douche à la limite de la propreté, perte des marchandises ds frigo suite à disjonction électrique ( pas de retour de la direction pour la prise en charge), baies vitrées qui ne coulisse plus…. Et pb d’inondation, suite à une fuite sur le chaud eau avec comme conséquences des douches froides pendant 3 jours…. Je ne recommande pas cette établissement avec la manageuse en place !

Bon séjour

Très bon séjour, personnel agréable et serviable. Le linge de lit et les serviettes étaient fournies. Residence bien adaptée aux familles et emplacement ideal pour visiter les Alpilles.

Residence qui aurait besoin d être remise en état (peintures...), équipement du logement à revoir (il n y a que 4 verres dans un logement pour 6 personnes ) enfin on vous vend une piscine intérieure chauffée, elle existe mais le système de chauffage ne fonctionne pas, la réception a oublié de vous mentionner ce détail (imaginez la déception des enfants quand ils mettent les pieds dans l eau froide et quand ils en sortent avec les lèvres bleues).

Kom inte efter receptionen stängt!

Ingen möjlighet att checka-in trots att vi meddelat om sen in-checkning. Gick inte att få tag på någon vare sig på plats eller telefon. Och måste dessutom göra någon form av anmälan hos hotels.com för att ha möjlighet att få tillbaka pengarna från ett hotell vi inte haft möjlighet att bo på!
