Love the property! Rooms were fresh and clean. The resort was nicely remodeled. I highly recommend the Buoy House. Some staff unfriendly. We were ask to clean up our towels and take them from beach to pool area when they had your staff members standing around the beach hut chatting. Also, our checking was terrible! We waited and waited from 1pm to 4:30. At 4:20 we overheard other staff speaking about someone else still in our room. Not sure what was happening but the person checking us in did comp our dinner at Isla Blue that night. Thank you for taking the extra step to make our experience really nice!!!

We had an excellent stay at the Buoy Haus Resort. The staff were very hospitable and very welcoming! We loved every minute of our stay. The service was excellent at the front desk, the bar and the Salt Shack restaurant. Beach and pool services were amazing as well. The rooms are clean and spacious with a beautiful ocean front view. everywhere were we went, the staff were friendly and warm.

The property is beautiful, relaxing and secluded. You cannot walk anywhere from this property and that is a small inconvenience. Cab ride is $20 for two people to downtown each way. The food at the property is just ok, so go downtown to eat. The majority of the staff is great with the exception of a few restaurant workers. Bring small bills for tips, they don’t make change on the property. Overall we had a great time and got what we came for. We will absolutely go back!
