Love this property this is our 2nd time there room food pool location all great my only complaints would be parking a distance to get your luggage to and from your room like the first floor better with a shaded outdoor area otherwise would be 5 stars instead of 4

Worse check in ever !!
Flights got messed up, I told the OWNER she understood. Then the property managers called and asked what time we would be arriving. I explained. So my point of view we had paid for Sunday night so whatever time we show up at resort our room should be ready, right! Well they rented out so we arrived at 12:30 and did not get our room until almost 5 o’clock !!! I was NOT happy after all day Sunday at 3 different airports then one airport on Sunday😡😡 So explained the situation to the owner and they refunded us back for Sunday night, thank you but I will report this to the Wyndham Corporate Office Other than that snafu it was a great room and great resort

During our stay we were a little surprised that there were large cockroaches in our studio apartment since the grounds were kept so well. One ended up in one of our suitcase and luckily it was spotted before we returned home. Other than that we enjoyed our trip but not the bugs, Thanks

The property and personnel were extremely friendly. The only issue we had, was the beach is very small and every morning full of Sargassum and they would try and remove it but couldn't keep up with it and it would smell.

My stay was all that I expected and so much more. The staff was pleasant and engaging. I would like to add that a little more lighting is a safety must...needed on the paths to your rooms. Transportation to your rooms in the late evening should be more accessible and every guest should know how to acquire or if those services are available. It's the unseen security and overall safety items that make or break a relaxing vacation and are paramount for my stay. I had a wonderful stay.

A Tropical Paradise
This was an outstanding experience for us! Tina was super communicative and check-in process was seamless. I didn’t like when we arrived they instantly tried to sell us a timeshare, when I was renting through one already - no fault of Tina. All-in-all, the property was excellent and we would absolutely stay here again! Room was extremely comfortable, amenities were avast and all staff was very, very friendly. We felt super safe and secure the whole trip and it was blissful. Highly recommend visiting with Tina!

Great vacation
Best view on the resort. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. Easy to get to and lots of in town eating close by. Really enjoyed the island life. Totally relaxing.

Loved our stay at this Margaritaville property! The property was clean and fun and welcoming. Two very nice pools! A few bars. Happy hour every day. There was a restaurant and a cafe style shop. You could book 1-2 boat excursion and rent paddle boards/snorkel gear. Our only complaint property wise was that there was no cafe/restaurant any to buy easy apps or snack food items from— like nachos or a pretzel or boneless wings or something easy to snack on. The Cafe/store had chips and candy, etc. Our room was very nice. Margaritaville style decor. The air conditioner did leak though which was annoying but didn’t ruin our vacation. Room smelled like smoke from the vents but nothing that could be prevented, just the luck of the draw I guess. We loved our stay here overall!

It's Literally 5'O Clock SOmewhere
Tina was an awesome host, I really hope in a couple of months, I can utilize her property again, the Service was Excellent, Tiina was a class act and I truly appreciate the flexibility, Whenever I had a question, I would reach out and an hour or so later i got the needed response, thats Great Customer Service Seriously. I've been ranting and raving too everyone about her.
