Stapleton Vacations from $1,286

Our stay was fine. The room and facility was clean, but looked a bit run-down and in need of some improvement. The price was fair given the location.

Had a great stay in the heart of Birmingham. Key collection was easy - from a local shop and car parking was secure on site. The apartment was modern and clean and the beds were comfortable. Plenty of places to visit and restaurants all in walking distance.

Beautiful hotel in an excellent setting. The staff were exceptionally helpful. However, the room (room 24) was rather small, especially the bathroom, and the lighting was terrible creating deep shadows. The food in restaurant was very good, enjoyed the evening meal and breakfast

We planned an overnight stay here, having visited the hotel a little while back for Afternoon Tea, and the hotel met our expectations. The staff were friendly and welcoming and whilst we didn’t use many of the facilities, everything we saw looked fine. The one aspect that we would like to have seen was air conditioning in the rooms, as the room became very warm at night. The breakfast buffet was ideal for us.

To make the hotel better it would be great to have a toaster available for breakfast time larger cups in the rooms and milk more accessible rather than keep asking for it Apart from that it is in beautiful surroundings And the staff do their best to be helpful
