This is an older property but is very clean, easy to access and convenient to the University.

Had a wonderful one night stay for a concert we were seeing. Very convenient to get to downtown. Long walk to beaver stadium but not impossible and it is walkable.

Clean and nice place to stay. Easy walk to Penn State Campus. Thin walls but if you don’t mind a little noise it’s a great place to stay. The woman who checked us in and out was super friendly and sweet!

The advertise breakfast but there's only some dry cereal available in the little office room. Walls seem to be so thin. Can hear everything going on in the neighboring rooms...and I mean "everything". Wasn't cleaned properly. There was a pair of dirty socks by my bed and a beer bottle cap on the floor. Whoever cleaned wasn't paying much attention at all.

Accommodation very clean ! Nothing too complain, mattress could be more confirtable, and another very good factor the shower drain was not clogged like many of those accomodstions. Great stay for one night, hotel is near every useful facilities!

Wall did not meet the ceiling, and it was a drop ceiling (eww), covered in dust from the heating/air conditioning unit located on the top half of the wall (not a good location for efficiency). Every vent was clogged with dust. Heat did not evenly distribute through the room. Very warm spots vs. very cold spots. Door (to outside, it's an inn) did not seal properly. I could see light through the gaps. Smelled moldy. Needs a renovation for sure. I left after 1 night even though I had a reservation for 2 nights. It was that bad.

I liked the place the moment i checked in. I needed a first floor room and they got one. It was perfect. Neat, quiet and enough for one night. I received a bottle of water and a granola bar upon check in. It is a nice touch.

For a very inexpensive place, I found the room nicer than two Midtown Hilton properties and the New Yorker on 34th st. Gary was friendly and you can see they take pride in their facility. I’d stay here any day!!
