It smelled awful in the hallways and public areas were dirty. The side entrance door that was required to be locked at all times for security (and to meet fire code) was unlocked and opened at 11pm and couldn't be closed. The room was clean but very basic with a bathroom on par with a cheap motel. The room was mostly clean, there were visible signs it was not thoroughly cleaned. The bed was comfortable. The Heating/AC unit sounded like it was raining outside when it came on. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was good. The hot tub was a disaster, when we turned on the jets, water shot into my wifes face, onto the walls and onto the floor. We tried adjusting the settings and had the same results.
