The room was clean, breakfast typical fair. However, the room was not soundproofed and we did have noisy neighbors. (Not really management's fault)

Old small low to the ground toilets take a bit long to flush. Bed was comfy, pillows were marginal but water pressure good with hot water. Okay for the price. Breakfast marginal.

The place is livable but far from being good. I was charged $20 a day for having a pet (that was not disclosed anywhere at the reservation stage) for a "Non Smoking" that stinks as if someone was smoking in there for years. Even the Febreeze did nothing to the stink. Parking is OK, breakfast is tolerable

Staff was very kind and room was clean. There were no working batteries in the tv remote, and we were right next to the utility room, so the morning was a bit loud. However, this was a last-minute stay because of fog in the mountains, and it was very easy to book and extremely affordable.

The property was adequate for the night's stay. Good location to the Shenandoah and Blue Ridge Parkways. It appears that the ownership is working to improve this hotel. Room was updated with a nice shower area. They had just updated the door locks which worked well. Parking was tight with easy access to the room. Breakfast was standard for starting your day. Staff was friendly and helpful. I would consider staying here again when in the area.
