Definitely in need of a good clean or a remodeling. Bedding was clean and comfortable but the carpet & chaise lounge were stained. Bath shower had mold/mildew in the corners. The mirror in the room was dirty along with the window seals. The hotel hallway and stairs were extremely filthy as welll

Check-in was a complete and utter mess between Expedia and the Hotel. No room was ready - ie there no rooms cleaned at 9 PM ~ the desk clerk said it was because Expedia takes reservations without considering the status of rooms. It took an hour to get the room ready … then there was some sort of problem with the ‘virtual payment method’ from Expedia … another 15 - 20 minutes. Have no idea what the malfunction in operations was but the experience was far less value than the $254 a night charged. Not sure if it’s an Expedia or Hotel issue but what Pain in the …
