No microwave was also a problem.
And the quilts were far too thin.
Location was ok for the price.

As well as lovely comfortable room it was the small touches that stood out complimentary bottle of wine slippers Netflix etc was home to home and made it such a lovely stay

The rooms were very clean each day and fresh towels given to us.
the decor is a little outdated and could do with a re fresh as well as the beds they are not very comfortable, could feel the springs in the mattress and every time you turned over the bed would creak loudly.
Bottles of water were only given to us once on our 3 night trips.
The hotel is very noisy at night with people slamming doors talking loudly, you can also hear all of the traffic , trams etc but it was ok.
Easy place to stay close to centre for exploring.

"Decent size room given the non rectangular shape of the floor plan. Room for both our cases which is unusual as normally at least one is on the floor. Decent size bathroom and proper walk in shower. Quiet as our room faced away from street. Excellent location for access to Old Town in one direction ..."
