Die Küche ist schlecht zusammengebastelt worden, so dass Schubladen klemmen und vieles „windschief“ wirkte. Rollläden hängen defekt aus den Wänden, im Bad riecht es morgens immer nach Kanalisation, die Waschmaschine hatte mehrfach Fehlermeldungen und konnte so kaum genutzt werden.
