Shabby-chic Rustic-industrial shipping container fully equiped tiny home

Welcome to Ripple on Stillwater Tiny House, your getaway home is a fully equipped Shabby-chic Rustic-industrial 280 sqft shipping container tiny home with private yard situated a stones throw from beautiful Thunder Bay in the Stillwater area south of Powell River, B.C.
The space
Two years ago I had the brilliant idea to "slap" our existing guest shed onto a shipping container to make a tiny house. It definitely was not that easy. But the end result is a very unique space. Shabby-chic, Rustic-industrial shipping container tiny house.

Nestled amongst towering trees with nearby incredible views of Jervis Inlet and Hardy Island. Whatever the weather, the surroundings are glorious at all times of the year! An ideal location where you can relax and enjoy the many outdoor activities this beautiful area has to offer.

The tiny house is located on the edge of our property only a quick 2 minute walk to Thunder Bay Beach or a 5 minute drive to a lovely beach at Canoe Bay. The Stillwater Bluffs are also a 5 minute drive away and a beautiful hike - definitely worth checking out, especially on a beautiful day! Or relax in the Adirondack chairs around the propane fire pit.

The Sunshine Coast Trail is just moments away making the tiny home an excellent place to start or stop-over location.

We are located 10 mins from the Saltery Bay Ferry Terminal and 25 mins to downtown Powell River.
Guest access
Tiny home has a private yard with parking.
Other things to note
Propane BBQ, propane fire pit, Adirondack chairs and a covered outdoor dinning area complete the yard.

Small but Sweer
I stayed at Melanie's place for a week with two friends. We are good friends. So this small place worked well for us. We ate our meals on the porch and enjoy the peace and quiet of the Woods. The beach is a 5-minute walk, which is phone to explore. Melanie has made the place very comfortable, and she has stalked the kitchen well. Great towels for the bathroom. And far from any traffic. That's what we were looking for. A good spot to explore the area.

Creative, private, comfy, set up with everything we needed, beautiful location. My husband found the bed a bit soft, that may be personal taste. Otherwise we loved this tiny home and recommend it enthusiastically
