“On the left side of the bed there was an uncomfortable crease that made it nearly impossible to sleep. The staff asked us upon check-in if we’d been there before. We answered «no», then I was not given directions for the elevator, I had to ask how we got to our room. Only one pack of sugar free sweetener next to the kettle in our room. The breakfast was one of the highlights.”
