Apon arrival a party was being held on the lounge at 10 pm at night blasting music up through my room on top of the party. Get to room and the curtains won’t close so in the morning I don’t get any sleep due to the amount of light and then find out their is another persons food still in the cupboard half eaten still sitting on a plate. When brought up to customer service they refuse any reimbursement stating I have to be a member to be given compensation

We always stay here when visiting family, however this time our bathroom door did not close properly, the pool which is usually relaxing was filled with at least 50 kids without supervision. While trying to sleep kids were running up & down the hallways banging on the walls more than likely again without supervision. We called the front desk and thankfully the noise was stopped within minutes. At 2:23 am the entire cover of the air/heater fell off, it was difficult to sleep after that. When the manager at the front desk was told about the issues while checking out we were told we would be given additional points to our IGH account for the inconvenience but did never did it. I don’t think we will be returning.

Clean, Comfortable and Quiet
Receptionist were very polite and friendly. Night was quiet even being close to the freeway. Room was comfortable size and very clean. House service daily so it was nice to get fresh clean towels daily. Beds where comfortable. Indoor pool was clean very much enjoyed it while it was raining, did not have have that trapped inside chlorine smell either. I was quiet surprise for a off the freeway exit hotel it held a high standard. The employees need to be recognized there.

As always, i get the best sleep at Holiday Inn. This hotel didn’t disappoint. Pillows, mattress, and sheets are simply the best. And who doest love a free meal in the morning?

Water Won't Stay in the Shower
I've stayed her numerous times. The particular room I got this visit had a terrible shower situation. Specifically, the water spilled all the way into the bathroom due to poor engineering of the ADA accessible shower. It was a wet mess. Room 115.

My girlfriend and I booked room with jacuzzi as pictured online and when we checked in room we found a tiny bathtub. Spoke to receptionist about this and hotel wanted $60 to upgrade . Very disappointed with misleading information on internet .

I had to change plans, couldn’t get another date or a refund. So, I can’t rate. The charge for free cancellation seems high. Wish you could have done something for, as I am a member.

Nothing to say but good things about this property. The checkin was smooth, breakfast was good, and most importantly I felt safe with my two young kids. Close to the fwy but quiet enough rooms.
