Stony Ridge North Vacations

This property charged my $170 for a single night stay. The location is close to downtown that’s the only reason we chose but $170 is unreasonable for the condition of property, unsafe parking with people rubbing their backs around your car and sound of people fighting and shouting at night. I would have rather called this place for a partial refund if possible then It would have been a decent stay. Rooms are clean if it was a $100 stay.

The property was outstanding in so many ways. What made the stay most memorable was the Team to take care of me. Yab was the host as I entered. His smile and attentiveness to my comfort and checking in was incredible. I then had the pleasure of meeting Jordan at the rooftop bar. She is a pro and so friendly. The next day Jon, the GM, gave me a ride to the golf course. After visiting with him I can see why the culture of the team is exceptional. Eli picked me up up and he was very friendly and again, attentive to my comfort and my day. He was very safe.Also, it is clear he wants to be a difference maker in the Team. That evening again at the rooftop bar..amazing views..Kia was exceptional in her creativeness and prompt and professional service. I later met Jessica who was excited that my visit was so fun and special. She certainly has the Team spirit and care. This is obviously the complete culture Jon has instilled. I took tons of pictures and walked away with great memories of this brief trip. My wife can’t wait to come to the property for a special trip since I bragged about how cool the people and property were. Go there! Thanks again to all the Team at Sonesta Bee Caves!

Very fun location and cute well laid out and appointed room. Valet is pricey but Austin has so little parking that it was nice to have the valet option. Free drink around the corner was a nice touch. Check in was easy. Communication is great. Loved the robe. May have to purchase one!

Every one ive had contact (front desk) is nice housekeeping don't leave enough towels or take the one u have. If u taking a long period of time u have to tell the front desk you want your sheets changed.

I stayed here with my 10 year old daughter. We both REALLY enjoyed it!
