I had a good stay until the last day of my trip when I had a package delivered and front desk staff were very off about the package information. Please do better, was so humiliated in the front desk asking for my package and the staff responded with ‘No package under your name came’ repeatedly with guests all around watching. All for my package to actually be stored somewhere else not in the front desk. But the room was nice and clean, quiet spot for a stay away from the chaotic city. But WiFi connection isn’t that strong so keep that in mind when staying here.

"This place was amazing and all of the staff were very helpful and pleasant. Felt bad for some of them because some of the tourists/guests were very rude towards the staff. Hope guests act accordingly towards the staff members. Overall, it was a pleasant stay. The facility and amenities were great. ..."
