The water in the kitchen has a bit of rust, but the adjacent bathroom the water was better, which we used.The beds were comfortable, the shower ok. No way to control the heat… needs window upgrades, holes in floors patched.The Vrbo app horribly difficult and frustrating, that definitely needs addressing."

"Apparently if you want the best rooms the resort has to offer, you need to book directly with the resort. I inadvertently booked through an Expedia sponsored site months in advance and was put into a pet friendly building when I didn't book for a pet friendly room. The room was pretty worn with old blood stains in the bathroom that I finally asked the housekeeping staff to clean on our 3rd day. Our accommodations were disappointing. Otherwise the resort was nice, gardens are lovely, nice location."
