Super comfy bed and very clean rooms. All the staff were extremely friendly and the food was great. Would definitely stay again.

Great service from front desk who helped us with traveling to Jasper and the road conditions. Room was spacious and very nice. Hotel was nicely decorated for holidays and restaurant is very good as well.

This hotel is tucked away in the mountains, so a long drive up the hill. Once you get there, everything is in order. On the outside, the building looks like a large, well maintained log cabin and the texts we received prior allowed easy access to the front door and to our room. The room felt cozy and welcoming, and the beds were super comfy, which really made us wish we had a few more days to linger. Breakfast was delish! I was happy to see that there were many serve yourself options along with coffee, teas, juices, etc. I enjoyed my breakfast on one of the sofas in front of the newly lit fire in the lobby and it was very peaceful. This visit felt like a real escape, so I will definitely be back to stay again!

The hot pool experience should not be missed!! Soothing hot water, smell of campfire and a view of the mountains like none other! Hotel staff were excellent, friendly and helpful. Great location, tons of restaurants and shopping and easy to get around town from this location. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will recommend the Moose hotel to others.

Clean room, great customer service. Everything is good except the this prperty doesnt have their own parking facility. You have to park to the adjacent pay parking building which is quite expensive. But overall, its a wonderful place to stay in Banff. Its close to everything.
