This was my first time using the pre check-in online. But it will not be my last. I walked in the door she checked the paperwork gave me my key and I was on my way. That was the easiest check-in I have ever done. This was my second time staying at the property, I like it.
Very run down property. The front desk area is very nice but our room was terrible. The ceiling in the room was pealing the floor was dirty, the bathroom had mold around the shower and a 2” gap around the toilet. I would never stay here again.

Bed unstable and smelled like cigarettes, smoke in the halls, food is terrible, staff not welcoming at all, took 10 min just to say hi and look at us. One of the worst experiences in any hotel we’ve been.

We did not have housekeeping for our entire stay! Had to ask at the front desk every night for towels! They would take them but not leave any! Looked like the floors everywhere hadn’t been vacuumed in a while. 2nd floor hallway smelled like a combination of wet dog and a cat litter box. Breakfast was decent but same every day! Bed wasn’t great. Staff was friendly and tried to help but obviously couldn’t do anything about housekeeping!

The hallway to our room had food matter splattered on the walls. Someone had a pile of bed sheets laying in the middle of the hallway. The hotel was just dirty and not well kept. We also did NOT feel safe. There were people loitering around outside the hotel. There were people just sitting in cars in the parking lot. It was WAY overpriced for the gross state of this hotel. We would never stay here again nor at any wyndham property. Lesson learned!
