This hotel was spotless, comfortable, well-located, and well-run, Only complaint is that it's a huge hotel and was packed, so breakfast--whiich is good and plentiful--was very crowded. Still, a great choice for a first visit or repeat visit to San Francisco, especially if you can get a good deal on the price.

This is the second time I stay here and the first time was amazing but this second time the room they gave me had a weird pet odor, I asked to be changed to a different room and the guy did the change but his attitude made me feel like it was an inconvenience that I asked for the change. The new room had that same smell but I was too embarrassed to ask again due to his attitude so I just opened the window and left the room for a while and thank god the smell went away. The room itself was clean it was just the smell
