“The property’s location is very convenient - close to Main Street, shops, restaurants. The included amenities (pool, hot tubs, movie theatre, etc.) were easy to access and provided great entertainment for our children. The owners are great communicators. As Colorado natives, we will be back for another stay.”

“A little older than other buildings in the area, but it was very clean and convenient to everything in the River Run community. The ad says it sleeps 4, so just be aware that means 2 in the double bed and 2 on the couch. There's no AC, but that seems normal for the area. Just be aware on those hot summer days. It's not really a place you want to hang out in the room anyway.”

Pans, utensils, etc. check in and the duration of our stay was so peaceful. No hassle with a front desk. So simple and well organized. “I can’t say I blame the owners of the condo for these comments but I do need to address them. I stayed at River Run for 4 days in those 4 days the fire alarm went off multiple times on the first two days due to malfunctioning equipment. The elevator was broken the hot tub did not work and we had no hot water for a day. It was also very hot and the condo had no AC.”

“Try to check in during a convention and took forever rooms were hot and smelly. Once upon arrival some of the extra blankets in the closet had a weird smell to them. The coffee makers had lime scale in the bathrooms only have walk-in showers, which are inconvenient when you have young children. The drawers are easy for my child to access and grab things they weren’t supposed to have limited parking.”

“We had a great stay in the condo, it was perfect for the event we came for and being centrally located for restaurants and other activities. Our host provided detailed instructions for check in and check out process and was responsive to our needs. The view from the deck was priceless! Beautiful location!”

Huge bed and balcony and super close to our event, and super close to main street restraunts and nightlife, two skips to the Sauce on the Maggie restraunt...so good! Watched a moose chill in he pond!
