  • (** PLEASE note 2-nights stays are ONLY accepted during the summer and fall months, May thru October! Minimum stay during the winter months is 3 nights. Any requests for less than 3 nights during the winter months will NOT be accepted and your reservation will be cancelled unless otherwise agreed upon - thank you!**)

    (*** Please note that Breckenridge resort has announced an opening date of Friday, Nov 6th for the upcoming '26 / '27 winter season. The Quiksilver chairlift at the base of Peak 9 next to our building usually opens about 2 weeks afterwards, depending on weather!***)

    Do you or your family need a ski vacation or summer getaway? Why not spend it in our clean and comfortable 2-bedroom, partial mountain-view condo at the Village at Breckenridge? Our spacious 2-bedroom / 2-bathroom floor plan has 1,150 square feet of space. Our corner unit condo is in the Shavano Building on the 4th floor.

    Our condo is a block off of main street and within walking distance from some of the finest restaurants and shopping that Breck has to offer. We are located directly next to the Quiksilver high-speed chair lift at the base of the Peak 9 area.

    Our condo comfortably sleeps 4 to 5 and can accommodate 6 to 7 people. The master bedroom has a plush, king-size bed. It also has an 8-drawer dresser as well as a desk & chair. The master bath has a walk-in shower with bench to relax after a long day of skiing or hiking.

    The guest bedroom also has a king-size bed along with a bunk bed. The guest bathroom has a tub shower.

    There is also a comfortable queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room for extra sleeping space, if needed.

    There are flat screen TV's in both bedrooms as well as the living room. We have lovingly decorated our condo with all of your creature comforts from home. Treat it as your 'home-away-from-home'. A great place to vacation with family / friends or as a romantic getaway!

    Parking is limited to one vehicle only and subject to availability at time of reservation. Please note that parking is NOT guaranteed and is on a first-come, first-serve basis.
    (Off-site parking recommendations are available for 2nd vehicle, if needed.)

    Please note that our unit does NOT have a washer/dryer. There is a dedicated, credit-card operated laundry room on our floor just 2 doors down the hall from our condo.

    Check-in time is 4pm and check out time is 11am.

    Please NO smoking and NO pets!

Great location, clean and well maintained property close to all of the action. Unit is well stocked with cooking essentials and has modern fresh appliances. Owner was extremely responsive & had helpfull intel about the surrounding area including recommendations. Property access is controlled through an app that was shared prior to arrival and worked seemlessly. Would highly recommend for all seasons.

Best location on the mountain. The unit was clean and generously appointed. The bathrooms were updated, the kitchen was big and had everything we could have needed. The unit was spacious, and quick walk to Quicksilver lift and Main Street. The owner was communicative and friendly. We'll likely reserve this spot again - great for 4 - 5 guests.

This condo has the best location for ski in /ski out and walk to downtown! Perfect for skiing and enjoying the downtown area without getting into your car. The owner is very easy to work with and helpful. The condo is comfortable and clean! We have stayed here several times and look forward to again.

If you are looking to focus on Peak 9 or 10 (your family a mix of novice and more seasoned like ours) can't beat the location. All of Main Street a quick few minutes walk. Beds were comfortable, water pressure great. Just as described by many others!

Breckenridge weekend

We were in town for a wedding and the condo was in the perfect location for all the events. The location is great for walking around Main Street of Breckenridge but also easy to get it. Updated and Great Location

Loved the hiking, biking, shopping and eating in Breckenridge. This recently renovated condo is in the heart of it all. Kitchen was fabulous and spacious for the whole family. Owner was great with communications to help get us checked in and out smoothly.
