"Very rustic looking on outside but beautifully decorated and clean inside. Double size bed took a little getting used to and kitchen table was small. Very nice walk-in shower.. Hosts were very helpful and provided some nice extras. We especially enjoyed sitting on the deck and looking out over the water at many different birds and some fishermen."

"Although the weather was chilly for Florida. The afternoon sun warms the backyard and the dock was perfect for a couples outdoor dining. The fish were not biting but we counted 18 species of birds! Great getaway. The house is small but plenty of room to spread out and relax in the common area and the decor was spot on. Found a single serve coffee pot under the kitchen counter. Plenty of blankets and towels. The curtains were thin so adding blinds would be a good upgrade. Enjoyed our stay."

"We walked in an everything was dirty and never cleaned. A cleaning service came in a sprayed the place and left!!! No heat, coffee maker broken. Owner said he was going to refund us 250.00 for cleaning, NEVER DID. But they had the nerve to leave cleaning products at the door for ME to clean. Local representative was NOT real! "Had a great stay. Owners were very friendly and helpful. We were looking for a place that we could bring a boat and enjoy nature while also being close enough to big cities if we wanted. This location was pretty much directly between Tampa and Orlando and gave us the flexibility we were looking for. We saw tons of wildlife on the lakes and rivers and enjoyed ourselves greatly!!"

Pool was in need of cleaning Bugs in kitchen window area So for the $ amount- would have wished better. "The cottage was just right for our group. It was clean and inviting. We were able to use the small kitchen with ease and there were plenty of comfortable places to sit back and relax. "This property is well situated in The Villages and just down the street from the Sawgrass Square, and an easy golf cart drive to The Brownwood and Lake Sumter Landing town squares. There are two large Publix Supermarkets close by as well as other shopping and dining opportunities in the town squares. The property is well maintained and was a pleasure to stay at for the week we were there. When we texted to property owners with any questions we had, they were very prompt in their response"
