"Pain in the neck. Entire experience was aggravating. Water was turned off in the middle of the last night. No spare roll of toilet tissue, which was not a problem since we had no water the last day. Tiny room reminiscence of a small cruise cabin. No TV. "

We arrived late after driving for ten hours. Too bad for us, because it would have been nice to take advantage of the pool and workout facilities! All we wanted to do was sleep, and the room was clean and comfortable, the air temp was perfect, and bed very comfy! After waking well rested, we had a very good breakfasts!
We highly recommend this hotel!

The room was very nice as was the decor of the hotel . Bed and pillows were quite comfortable.
We had drinks at the bar/restaurant downstairs and enjoyed the view of the lake.

Nice newer hotel. Clean, good bed, nice sheets. Room had small kitchen. Shower head was not good - needed repair. I told the person at the desk about it and she just wrote shower on the back of my keycard. Didn't say thank you or anything. Front desk staff could use some additional training on how to treat customers.

Nice little hotel, nothing fancy but quiet and clean. Staff was nice and responsive upon request. Easy check-in/check-out. Cute little pool for the kids to unwind. Overall decent place to stay.

New hotel. Opened July 2025. Room was clean. Bed slept wonderfully! Pillows were great and comfy! You could hear someone walking upstairs. You could hear people talking in the next room. Wood floor a plus. Would stay here again.

The hotel lobby and unit were clean. Good layout in the hotel room. Queen bed had just 3 pillows, that seemed unusual, bed was firm. This was a first time stay at WoodSprings so I did not realize there was not a coffee maker in the room. Staff was excellent, made check in and check out very easy, both were personable. There was not much water pressure at the bathroom sink, but not sure if that is a city issue or maybe the valve just needed to be opened up. Morning coffee was available in the...
